July 18-27, 2008: Bowling Green State University Art Department Galleries. Melanie has 3 pieces in the first annual Northwest Ohio Summer Arts Exhibition: a wall hanging, Lady Guinevere’s cloak, and a fairy home.

June 23-31, 2008: At the Wood County District Public Library with ceramic sculptor Nancy Beeman for The Enchanting of the Green display, a mini fairy festival.
